My career has taken me across Italy, Spain, England, Australia, and the United States, where I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse flavors, culinary traditions, and innovative techniques.

My expertise includes menu development, team leadership, cost control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I am passionate about working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and I find inspiration in creating Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a modern, creative edge. I take pride in crafting dishes that not only highlight quality ingredients but also bring people together around the table.

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for shaping Atlanta’s dining scene, with features in Resy, Eater Atlanta, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. My work has also been showcased on FOX 5’s Good Morning Atlanta and in several leading publications.
